To maximize your comfort and bike availability, we have established a full-day rental policy. All online bookings are for a full day, allowing you to plan your exploration of the island without time constraints. This also ensures optimal management of our fleet, avoiding availability conflicts, especially in the late morning or early afternoon.
Why not half-day rentals online?
To ensure our bikes are available from the morning, each bike booked for the afternoon must be reserved at the start of the day. This can limit availability for those who would like to start their day early. By opting for a full-day rental, you have the flexibility to enjoy the island at your own pace, without interruption.
Half-day mountain bike rental: Available in store
If you prefer a shorter rental, you can opt for a half-day, but this option is only available on-site. Half-day rentals start at 1:30 pm, perfect for an afternoon of exploration. However, we advise you to arrive early to ensure availability, especially during peak season when demand is high.
Child safety: Top priority
Your children’s safety is essential. In accordance with French law, helmets are mandatory for children up to 12 years old. We provide suitable helmets, and we strongly encourage you to follow this rule to guarantee a safe experience for everyone. Our trailers, designed for children under 5 years old and weighing up to 40 kg, and our child seats for children from 12 months old (maximum 18 kg), are designed to ensure optimal comfort and safety.
Electric Bikes: Safe Riding Under Certain Conditions
For those who wish to explore the island effortlessly, we offer electric bikes, available to riders aged 14 and over, in accordance with French law. This regulation aims to ensure that users are able to control these bikes safely.
Cancellation Policy: Simple and Transparent
We understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer you the possibility to cancel your reservation up to 48 hours before the start of your rental, with a full refund. After this deadline, the reservation amount will be retained to compensate for the loss of availability.
Children’s Bikes: Size and Comfort Designed
To guarantee a pleasant and safe experience, we offer children’s bikes adapted to their height, up to a maximum of 1.40 meters. Above this height, an adult bike will be necessary to ensure optimal comfort.
